At the main office we deal with all billing and account related activities for all of our services. If we don't have the answer we can route you to the correct contact.

We follow the Hoopa Valley Tribes Holiday Schedule and we have moved to a 4-day workweek as of December 2025:
Monday - Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM PST
Transfer Station
The Transfer Station is set up to take (2026):

The Transfer Station does not follow the same holiday schedule so please call before you go to ensure we are open for you.
